Welcome to California Yoga Center
California Yoga Center has been offering yoga for all ages and
abilities since 1980. We offer yoga classes and workshops in the Iyengar tradition, with studios in Mountain View and Palo Alto.
This vigorous approach emphasizes a balance between strength and
flexibility while building endurance. It develops self-awareness
through precision in movement and attention to subtle aspects of
posture and breath. CYC teachers modify postures to encourage
students to develop a deeper awareness and steadiness in the classic
postures.
